Single Occupancy in Double Room:

If traveling alone, you can book a double room for single occupancy, with a supplement based on
the season and availability.

Each booking requires a credit card number for security. In some cases, to confirm the booking, the property performs a pre-authorization on the credit card provided by the guest. A pre-authorization is not a purchase. It verifies the validity of the card and temporarily blocks an amount as a guarantee of the reservation. If this pre-authorization fails, unfortunately, we will have to consider the reservation invalid.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, the reserved and booked days will be charged in
accordance with European regulations.

If you would like to receive an invoice for your stay, please notify us during the booking process by providing the invoicing details, including name, address, tax code/VAT number, and SDI code/PEC. Otherwise, Mozart Nesthouse will issue a nominal receipt.

With the refundable rate, a deposit of EUR 100.00 will be charged at the time of booking. The amount paid is refundable, fully or partially, based on the cancellation policies below:

• Full Refund: If canceled up to 20 days before the start
• Partial Refund: A 5% refund of the paid amount will be granted if the cancellation occurs up to 10 days before the stay.
• No Refund: For cancellations made within 10 days or less before the start of the stay. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or postal order.

In accordance with Articles 1385 and 1386 of the Italian Civil Code, the deposit serves solely as a guarantee of the commitment and is not an advance payment for services. It implies full acceptance of the booking and cancellation conditions and will be refunded upon payment for all agreed services and booked days.
