MOZART NESTHOUSE Our Story

Benvegnui de cher!

This is our greeting in the Ladin language, offering you a warm Welcome to Canazei, in the heart of the Dolomites!

We are Stefania and Michele, the owners of Mozart Nesthouse: with us, the authentic tradition of family hospitality combines with our commitment to meeting your needs during your stay. We enjoy sharing with you the key moments of the various transformations our property has undergone:

The first phase of our home’s construction was completed in the fall of 1968.

1966

At the initiative of Stefania’s paternal grandparents, Luigi Dantone and Marta Bernard, the construction of the house began in 1966.

1988

In the late 1980s, the property was passed to Stefania’s father, Eugenio, who used “La Villa”; — as it was then called — as a guesthouse extension of his hotel, carrying out some renovation work.

1994

From 1994, it became an independent accommodation under the name “Garni Villa Mozart”, while maintaining the same family management.
